This busy little 9-holer in Melbourne’s SE suburbs has had some clouds hanging over its head in recent times. But happily, in early 2024, council resolved to keep this pretty little course alive.
The layout is a very short par 29 (2 par 4s and 7 par 3s) of under 1500m. Its set on a small parcel of land, with a creek running through it, is very tight with quite a bit of tilt on the ground and small bent-grass greens of pretty good quality. It serves as a tremendous community asset, and a great entry place for kids/ other beginners looking to take up ‘the game for life’ in a non-threatening environment.
